As a certified executive coach, I can help you grow beyond the here and now—whether you’re an organizational executive, internal director, or rising leader.

With a background as a therapist in private practice for over 10 years, a nonprofit leader for DECADES, a faculty member teaching rising professionals since the late ‘80’s, one of my greatest passions is coaching individuals to build confidence, skills, voice, and vision.

Leading is highly-relational. It requires balance, humor, patience, transparency, boundaries, smarts, gratitude, compassion, ambition, vision . . . AND SO MUCH MORE.

I’m ready to roll my sleeves up with you, while reminding you of/reconnecting you to the JOY in this work . . . which may have gotten buried beneath a pile (or ten) on your desk!

People believe in you. You have been chosen for a leading role in an organization whose mission inspires you. You are bright, passionate, and capable. You have fierce beliefs and lots of energy and aspirations. But you may also have doubts. You may have found yourself assuming a leadership role before you expected to.
You may feel as though you have a level of experience inadequate for a big job. Does “imposter syndrome” ring a bell? Do you not look like other leaders, in one, some, or many ways?
I will partner with you to navigate the challenges and opportunities of being a new or newER leader. I was a new leader myself, and will guide you with compassion and a lot of lessons learned in my back pocket!

You have hit your stride as a leader, your journey is well underway. You know your business, you know your role, and are known in your role. You have arrived.
BUT . . . wow, it’s still a tough road. You have nailed some of your initial aspirations, in fact, you have achieved even more . . . but some goals feel farther away now, compared to all of the things that demand and even DOMINATE your attention. It’s overwhelming at times. In fact, it can be ALL-ENCOMPASSING. It can own you.
I would love to work with you to help you “get to the next level,” and experience greater success in achieving your goals, and helping your colleagues and organization do the same.

You have grown your organization. You have grown your people. You have weathered the ups and downs. You’ve been focused on the mission right in front of you, all around you. You have loved your work, and challenged yourself with the problem-solving that each day offers.
But . . . it’s time. You may have thought or hoped that you would know when it is time, and now you do. You need to create your exit plan, which includes how to leave, and where you are going.
That's the big question . . . where are you going?! Should you broaden out from the place where you have been so intently focused for so long? Or maybe the opposite, maybe it's time to narrow your scope, define where and how you want to work more deeply.
I will move forward WITH you, and help you to “dig into” what you already know about the way forward. We will explore this terrain together, and map the new ways forward.
