I provide both individual and group coaching for organization leaders as well as department heads and other internal leaders (rising leaders too!), and offer such programs at varied durations. My standard packages are found below.

SHORT FORM

This 3-month coaching engagement allows us to address one specific area of focus in your work now. Where would you REALLY like to take a deep dive? Is there an obstacle you are determined to put behind you? We will meet twice weekly for the first month to create traction, then move to weekly meetings for the duration of our work together to achieve the identified goal. Leadership assessments will highlight the greatest strengths at your disposal to accelerate your success. A follow-up to support the on-going implementation of the outcomes of the engagement is included.

INTENSIVE

We will meet weekly over a 6-month period to work intensively on a set of goals that will move you forward through this stage of your leadership. We’ll explore how to utilize insights from assessments done at the beginning of our work together, and help to unlock new ways of approaching and understanding your leadership. What’s next within your role? Is it time to transform limiting beliefs? Take existing skills “to the next level”? We’ll work on how to help you become an even more effective and inspired leader. Check-ins for three months post-engagement are included.

EXTENSIVE

We will partner to address a broad range of goals and topic areas, meeting regularly over a full year. Weekly sessions will give way to an every-other week cadence in our final phase. Guided by insights from assessments done in the beginning, we can build upon your strengths, face down incessant overwhelm, address a significant challenge or change . . . and more. Three group sessions with select leadership team members are included, along with assessments of each team member, to align strengths/roles to “lift all ships.” Follow up sessions for four months are included.

GROUP COACHING

Small groups of up to four members receive 15 weeks of leadership coaching, primarily in the group format (whether on-line or in-person), digging into common themes met on the leadership path, creating “accountability partnerships” during and beyond the sessions. Cohort learning is a powerful learning format, and the connections developed in the group can continue to nurture professional development long after the end of the formal group coaching experience. Approximately once monthly, the group session will be replaced by individual sessions for each member of the group.

Groups may come already formed, or individuals can register to join a group.
